1. Placing orders
Once you add items to your cart and complete checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Please review it carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything looks incorrect.
2. Shipping & delivery
We begin processing your order shortly after it is placed. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
3. Return eligibility
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within a limited time period after delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise specified.
4. How to start a return
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
5. Refunds
